QUALIFICATIONS:

 Bachelor Degree, preferably Business or Communications graduates

• Experience with Australian clients/accounts
• 2+ years of related experience

 REQUIREMENTS:

• Two or more years experience of Telesales in a fast paced environment
• Strong customer service and telesales skills
• Experience with and the ability to operate web systems
• High skill level in using CRM systems
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise
• Ability to manage sensitive and critical client information
• Excellent verbal (neutral accent) and written communications skills
• Problem solving and decision making skills
• Superior sales closing skills
