Uploading and editing spreadsheet to generate labels for clients

Following up on deliveries – keeping track of anything that is in a troubled state

Responding to customers’ queries

Taking client phone calls where appropriate

Ideate and improve processes and documentation to create an incredible customer experience
Requirements
-
A high level of attention to detail and persistency
-
Very comfortable with technology and digitally savvy – Excel skills are a bonus
-
The incessant desire to find a better way to do things – process improvement, QA and Six Sigma experience would be a great bonus
-
Excellent written and spoken English
-
Sound judgement and ability to make decisions on the fly

Genuine desire to deliver the highest possible level of customer service to our valued clients
