RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review accounting data and its support concerning general accounting activities and ensures information integrity through the appropriate use of approved accounting and financial system
- Prepare Financial Statements and financial reports for various clients and companies
- Process timely filings with PEZA, BIR, and BOI for compliance
- Assist the Chief Accountant with monthly general ledger maintenance
- Properly encode employees’ information in the system
- Ensure statutory compliances to government agencies are done on time with no delay on submission and lodgement of reports
- Identify risks in your jurisdiction and act to minimise or mitigate all of them
- Ensure information integrity through the appropriate use of approved accounting and financial system
- Ensure at all times that employees only have access and knowledge of information which is necessary for their needed form and no more
- Maintain complete and up-to-date data about CEO’s credit cards
- Perform additional administrative assignments in accordance with the Chief Accountant’s direction
