MANDATORY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful candidate must be:

• SFDC Developer certification.
• SFDC Administrator certification.
• SFDC Sales Cloud Certification (or studying towards certification).
• SFDC Service Cloud Certification (or studying towards certification).
• At least 3 years’ technical experience.
• At least 2 year’s SFDC programming experience.
• Experience with software development methodologies preferably Agile or Scrum.
• Minimum of 2 years Experience

MANDATORY EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS

The candidate MUST:

• Develop and test software that meets industry standards for design and build.
• Validate, analyse, interpret and confirm business requirements from the client.
• Design the SFDC solution to meet client requirements.
• Provide technical consulting across all areas of SFDC.
• Liaise with business and team members.
• Develop Salesforce.com implementation and integration methods
• Minimum of 2 years experience

DESIRABLE EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES

The following are not essential, however candidate with the following will be at an advantage:

• Programming – Apex.
• Functional domain knowledge in sales or customer service.
• Business writing.
• Estimation.
• Understanding of business rules and formulae.
