Description:
This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative
challenges of supporting diverse people and programs. The ability to interact with
staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining
flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and

Skills and Expectations:
At least 3 years’ experience in supporting a small/medium team.
Ability to work within deadlines with little supervision and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Products: Excel, Word, MS Project and Outlook with
emphasis on expert Excel skills.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work in a customer oriented office environment.
Meticulous about detail and accuracy; ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Appropriate and professional demeanor and appearance.
