Purpose
The “Sales and Services Team Member” will identify and call potential contacts with
information regarding the client’s jobs website.
Responsibilities/Tasks
- Identify potential clients through various mediums.
- Conduct outbound phone calls.
- Respond to inbound customer contact.
- Promote the service to potential clients by discussing and answering
questions regarding service features and promotions. - Be able to provide accurate comparisons between the client’s service and
that of their competitors. - Organise, plan, and prioritise work to meet set targets, set from time to time
by management. - Maintain a high level of professionalism as a primary contact of the client.
- Comply with all company policies and operational procedures.
- Follow the correct method of delivery of the “script”.
- Ensure the data is kept up to date and accurate, including as many details as
management require. - Have an intimate knowledge of the current functionality and limitations of
the service and the site. - Know how to activate, log in and work with internal matches on the the
client’s website. - Be proactive in regards to the business demands as requested by the customer.
- Be available and flexible to the business needs in regards to rosters.
- We expect open minded and open hearted Sales and Services Team Member
in order to receive the training based on the business model. - The Sales and Services Team Member must keep accurate records of their
individual work flow with regards to productivity and KPI’s. - The Sales and Services Team Member will be punctual in attendance and be
ready and equipped to start work at time of commencement of a shift.
